     "An Act establishing the Alaska Food Strategy Task Force; and

     "An Act establishing forgivable loan programs for farm                                                                     
     development and improvement and for certain meat processing                                                                
     facilities; relating to a program of state inspection for certain meat                                                     
     processing facilities; establishing the Alaska Food Strategy Task
